Just a short note to say thank you for my GREAT stay at your establishment, during my last visit to Cape Town. I travel to Cape Town for business purposes on a monthly basis, and was referred to you by a friend. I found the accommodation you offer clean, comfortable, and private. It is situated in a great location, close enough to the CBD, but still far enough to unwind in a peaceful setting after a hard day at the office. The fact the one can walk to the beach and restaurants etc. I found particulary appealing. But the best part is the price, and hospitality you bestowed on me during my stay.
